Great place for storage for sun city residents

I used the facility for past 5 years until they changed the policy to ban people to walk on the property because of one minor incident. The policy was made without careful consideration given how it impacted single person’s independence to get in and out of the gate. I saw that the policy sent contradictory messages. Can walk to buy snacks from vending machine but disallow RV owner walking to meet Uber driver outside of gate. I have AAA service that disallowed me to tow my car with a dead battery out. More hassles to use their authorized service on their list and required to make an appointment that created more complication and undue hardships It is not worthwhile to distress me as a woman who has done things independently for 70 years to deal with new changes in policies without our voices or votes. 500 RV owners have to suffer just because of one incident where RV driver almost hit the pedestrian that is unheard of! The driver needs to evict immediately, not to burden us with new policies to treat us like children that i resent. I tried to make a proposal for reviewing the policy. They ignored us!

What's not to like. Secure, clean RV storage at a fantastic price. 3 things to know: You must live in a Sun City Community (take your SC ID card, and you need to show it to them). You must take whatever you're storing into be measured (you need an appointment to get measured). You then get on a wait list, could be a day wait, could be a year wait. But it's worth the wait!

Got me in within a month. Office staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Security is tight and the guards are friendly. The facility has a pump out station and a wash down area, bring your own wash down hose. Oh, and the best thing is the the price.
